I am Karen McLellan.
Calgary is my home, but I have lived across the country and consider myself to be a true Canadian. Yes, that means I love hockey, Blue Rodeo and good pair of knit mittens.
I am learning more about the inner workings of the web all the time. However, my specialty is not in graphics or code, but in written content. My skills lie in straddling the line – or at times the wide gap – between the client and technical designers and developers. My strength lies in writing content that is effective and readable by both visitors and search engines.
This year, while bolstering my knowledge of the web at SAIT, I am nurturing my love of writing at Mount Royal. By focusing on SEO copywriting, I hope to blend these two interests into a valuable service for clients where prose meets productive copy.
